Pastry Chef and Baked Goods Master, Cassandra Rodriguez has been baking her whole life. She loves making the best tasting treats for everyone she knows.

She received her education at the SCHOOL in YEARs in Austin, Texas. Cassandra has been living in Austin, Texas her whole life and has roots from Mexico, which adds a little flare to her style!

Rich flavor, texture, and balanced sweetness are the pillars of every recipe Cass and her team create. The bakery offers a full menu of cookies by the dozen, cakes, breakfast pastries, sweets, cupcakes and much more! We have specialized in creating baked goods for all pillars in life and all ages and tastes (both flavor and style!)

Cassandra Rodriguez

Cassandra is an alumna of the SCHOOL, and Cassie Cake Company took shape quickly after graduating. In YEAR Cass, started her business and started sharing her abilities in baking and she oversees the wholesale program and company operations.
